Diversity, creativity, change … the keys to a wiser future

“Change hurts. It makes people insecure, confused, and angry. People want things to be the same as they’ve always been, because that makes life easier. But, if you’re a leader, you can’t let your people hang on to the past.” – Richard Marcinko

We promote diversity through creativity and education by running projects and social networks that assist young people to gain confidence and skills in order to reach their potential.

Peer Support Network

Peer support is a loosely structured way of getting help and, in exchange, supporting other people. It aims to create bonds and bridges between people with unique and common experiences, changing how people support each other.

Unique Sense and DIVINQ (Diversity Inquiry)

We encourage creative thinking in students, educators and young people to increase acceptance by exploring values, beliefs and assumptions about diversity.

Social networks

We run social networks to increase awareness in the arts and media sectors. These networks give us great insight into creative diversity. We assist arts and media organisations develop policy, work with management and governance on culture change, offer staff training, and advise on access issues and opportunities.
