The challenge is to learn to see new ideas as a complement to the status quo, rather than a challenge. The question, “How does this new idea change my existing ideas?” may be a good place to start.

Labels — is it possible not to use them?

The things I love about the way I work these days — leading or convening conversations, rather than training — are that the people I work with have full permission to disagree with my ideas. In turn, I get the chance to reflect and learn as well.
